Juliana Bernal's Profile Pic

My work experience

Hello! My name is Juliana Bernal, I am the mathematician who has found happiness through Data Science. Being a student in the prestigious DS4A course was a inflection point in my life, it opened the doors to unbelievable skills and a world of innovation. My quick learning curve is due to being self-taught and being eager for knowledge. I volunteer as a data analyst in the cali.chis.pa/ project. And in my free time, I am a React enthusiast. Follow my portfolio www.dployme.com. Fast coding, data analysis, statistical analysis, front-end development, the use of different operating systems, databases management, documentation, and story-telling are some of the amazing skills that I unlocked during the DS4A course. I believe that teamwork is the way to success. Usually, I find myself in the role of a team leader this is because I have a great capacity for empathy and the bond with my teammates let me see their best skills while motivating them to do their best to accomplish our common goal. My passion is sharing all the knowledge I have and helping others to find their way.

Client Testimonials

  • With a background in Mathematics, project experience in the DS4A program combined with her attitude we felt there was enough potential to invest in Juliana. We took her on a as a volunteer to help manage and improve our open data platform https://cali.chis.pa/, we taught her the basics of architecture, code and data of the platform and gave her tasks that she completed with the help of our team. Since then Juliana has thrived. She has really stepped up to the challenge, proposed optimizations and made the platform better than before. Juliana’s dedication and ability to learn on the fly has really been impressive. She is a joy to work with, shows impressive work ethic, and I feel her potential as a technologist/data scientist is only just beginning to reveal itself.
